We pack carefully to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. We always insure your UPS package at full value. With UPS you will receive a tracking number to watch the progress of your shipments if you have provided a valid email address. USPS packages only ship with delivery confirmation, no tracking information is available.

The map below shows the expected travel time from Seattle to you. Travel time is business days, not including weekend days.

International orders are accepted but shipping options are limited and brokerage fees and duties are the customers responsibility.

When making payment online with your credit card, your payment will not clear if the billing address does not match the address on file with your bank. We do not provide free samples outside of the states. For orders being shipped to Canada please select UPS Standard or USPS Global Priority Mail as the shipping method. For orders outside of the US and Canada please select UPS Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express or USPS Global Priority Mail for proper calculation of shipping costs.

This map shows standard Ground Service times. Ground Service is always our first choice. Faster shipments are possible via UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day and Overnight. We do offer USPS which has good prices and fast service but no guaranteed delivery date. If you pick USPS as your carrier we suggest you insure the package so that we can help if you need to file a claim.

You can estimate the costs if you put items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, no credit card information is necessary to see the shipping rates, just your zip code is required.

All UPS shipments are sent requiring a signature; the driver will not release the package without that signature. Please be sure to provide a shipping address where there will be someone to sign for the package.

If UPS has to correct the address you provide, there will be $10 charged to your credit card at the time we are billed by UPS for the address correction, this and all shipping charges are not refundable. If you have provided an inaccurate or incomplete address for USPS packages it will void your insurance and we will be unable to assist you with a loss or damage claim.

We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Please be sure to give us your complete and correct street address....UPS cannot ship to a post office box address.

If you receive your order in damaged condition, have the UPS/USPS driver inspect the contents with you. If there is damage have the UPS/USPS driver verify the damage. Please then notify us to begin the claim process. You must retain all of the packing material and contents in case UPS/USPS needs to assess the damage.

Timing
Most items are in stock and ship within 24 hours of your payment if not the same day. Some orders require additional processing time but most do not exceed 72 hours. We understand timing is important, be assured every effort is made to fill your order quickly and correctly.

Backordered items can have extended delays. You will be contacted ASAP if your item is unavailable and refund or substitution options will be available to you.

Returns
We accept returns on many but not all items. Please contact us prior to returning an item to ensure your item qualifies and to assure proper handling. Proper packing material is a must on all returned items, they must reach us in original condition or be subject to refusal. Credits may be in the form of a PayPal payment, a return to your credit card or a check. There is a restocking fee on some returns. Cut ribbon purchases and custom items are not returnable. If you are unsure, ask! All returns must be authorized within 7 days and reach us within 14 days from delivery date.

Before you make a purchase we recommend you request a sample as computer monitors do not show accurate colors. From dye-lot to dye-lot there will be variances in color and coverage, please do not buy this ribbon if you are not willing to accept those variables.

For damaged items or missing items we will respond quickly in correcting the trouble. For ribbon yardage, we may ship multiple purchases combined on one spool for protection in transit.
